It is easy to reserve, sanitary and the employees were friendly who explained every step in an understandable way3. Felt like a processing plant - not one trace of human attitude. From the moment I entering and sign up to the point I see the doctor who spent less than 3 mins with me. He instantly recited a bunch of medications I need to take, but there is no explanation of why I have to the diagnosis, why these prescriptions, without warnings that some of them are pretty strong. Also none of them gave me a chance to ask any questions. I had been as far treated like a machine as possible. All of them might as well be robots - both our expectations and my experience would have been better. And that's why they had spots the same day. Do you have any suggestions on ways to improve the company? Nothing man.4. This evaluation is not about the doctor. Doctor Umair Khan is amazing. He really knows his stuff. I had my wife book an appointment. She was waiting for AN HOUR when she called me. I told her to get her $25 copayment refunded and leave. Their response? "It'll be 5-7 days". No apology. Nothing. What's wrong with an office staff to be so obtuse? They need some serious customer service training. If my staff handled patients like this, I would not hesitate to fire them. On the spot. So I called up and spoke to someone at a different office; you can't just call the office you went to apparently. The woman I spoke to said the (again) the office manager would call back. And then she gets this text. "Kudos for letting us know you couldn't make it today. No biggie" Yeah. Because of YOU. And just now, I get a call from one of those terrible AI assistants that goes 'uhhh it looks like you umm missed your appointment'. I get it. How annoying is that? No one is home. If you call them up, you have to deal with those obnoxious AI slop filled Virtual Assistants. You definitely need to improve on a lot of things, guys. What would you have done differently? I would have been more proactive in resolving the issue. If I have an issue with any of my patient, I'll make sure that they are well economy.5. Stunning service!!!*****6. Unforgettable experience at The Dermatology Speicalists! I walked in to try to get an appointment sometime in the future, but they took me right in. Checking in went so smoothly and easy. The dermatologist was meticulous in examining all my spots. She identified a few trouble spots, which she treated them immediately. Very kind and thorough! Highly recommend the whole experience!7. This was literally one of the worst experiences. I have ever had. I arrived on time for my appt and after 30 min I saw that the doctor went out to take a meeting with some salespeople! I was waiting to get stitches removed and biopsy results! I asked what happens and nobody was aware nor knew. A medical assistant took off the stitches and told me to continue to wait for the doctor. Then I couldn't wait any longer and they just gave me a paper with my results. No explanation, no directions on what to do next. He didn't even look at the stitch removal. I grabbed a bandaid myself and there was that.8. Very well run Dr's practice. They get you in and out.9. Very nice, clean and attentive location. Was greeted and help right away. Staff and Dr. Kong were great and helpful. We definitely recommend this location.10. It was amazing experience!!!!11. Nicole is amazing ... very attentive and helpful12. Dr. Khan is very helpful and has great bedside manner. He’s recommended effective treatments for my skin and I have seen significant improvements. The nurses and staff in the front are always helpful and kind as well. Very convenient location & timing.13. Worst dermatology office I've ever been to. From the front desk to the provider to the billing - even their customer service team is awful. Provider gave me a cream I didn't need. Took a biopsy and even after multiple calls didn't provide results. Billing team never sent a bill but charged me for a different visit than I scheduled so insurance wouldn't cover now fighting with them to refund me. The customer service team pretended to care and then literally nothing happens. Still arguing with them14. This location has the best services, I would highly recommend Dr Umair Khan. He is very helpful and patient.15. Dr Khan is the best. Kind, thoughtful, caring and thorough. Very knowledgeable
