Each appointment is exciting as I see more results! 3. Wow. Dr.Rob was truly amazing, there was no long lines and wait time was about 5-10 mins. He explained everything very well and is knowledgeable. Def recommend!!! 4. I had KP and some discoloration on my face and Dr helped minimize the appearance. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I loved the staff and Dr. process was smooth and they are great at communicating all next steps. I love the experience and visit them again and bring all my skin health needs here. 5. I usually never leave reviews but Dr Robert is Literally the best! Helped me feel safe since it was my first time at a dermatologist! He helped me with my skin concerns with was KP and discoloration on my face! He was such a vibe and so was his assistant Dennis ! I will be back happilly and reccomend this place ! 6. Being under the care of Robert Lepore has been an amazing experience. I feel both seen and heard, plus he's extremely knowledgeable, and attentive. I have multiple issues, and I feel confident embarking on this journey with this specific provider. 7. I was here on a previous Saturday and it was amazing. The front desk receptionist was very nice to me, she was very accommodating and helpful. She assured me Dr. Robert Lepore is very nice and caring. She also explained to me how insurance deductible works because I’m new to my insurance and I changed my insurance right after my visit because I didn’t understand what I signed up for. She was truly amazing for talking to me about it, she was extremely nice and well mannered. In the past, I’ve had a difficult experience with front desk people so I was nervous when I first stepped in, but I was assured after a few minutes. She was truly helpful, caring and kind. When I went inside the room I was greeted by his medical assistant Eliana, she was nice and asked me all questions. Then Dr. Robert Lepore came in and he was so amazing. He explained everything and didn’t rush me out. We spent a good 30 minutes in that room talking about dermatitis and alopecia, he reassured and prescribed me some medications. I’ve actually seen major improvements. I’m so happy I went. I had a great time and I left feeling understood. I will be back, thank you. 8. I really like my experience here, everyone here is so friendly. There are a few providers here that are amazing, Robert, Dr. Romar, Grace, and Landon. I realize young providers are amazing here. They’re all young and beautiful. The receptionist who works alone on Friday and Saturday is super nice and sweet. She helped me fill out my forms and read everything to me despite having 7 other people to check in, please give her a raise. I also see her being nice despite some people being rude to her. I don’t know her name but she’s always there on Friday and Saturday alone. 9. Smooth sailing in my first appointment. Dr. Robert & Awa were super kind. Extremely well organized office. Making the appt was very easy. 10. Dr Ford and staff were very nice and professional. Waited 45 minutes past scheduled time. Once seen there were no complaints. Took her time with me and answered all my questions. Would recommend and would go back in the future. 11. Highly satisfied and it was just my first visit thank you so much Monica. Also the staff were great as well. 12. Rob Lepore is a great medical professional with a delightful bedside manner. 13. Easy and convenient appointment scheduling.
