Customer feedback review: Dr. Park did not have bedside manners. Was so rude and very unprofessional. I came in for a half body scan in regards to skin tags and she went on a 5 minute tangent on fat shaming. She could’ve said it once but she had to go into detail on how long I’ve “looked like this” and how i should get a personal trainer and diet when I didn’t even ask. She even admitted she is not my primary care doctor and she did not know my ideal healthy weight but still persisted on telling me ways to “get it under control”.There was another young girl in the room I suppose recording the entire conversation but she never introduced her or stated what her purpose was. They didn’t even give me a proper dressing top. Or a clean room because when her assistant put me in a room the chair paper had already been used and was crinkled. They did not have proper room changes/ sterilization. And that’s a big no no for a medical practice. I do not intend on ever going back. It was a horrible experience. And Dr Park should touch base on her bed side manners and human decency. If I could rate this experience with 0 stars I would. Dr. Park is an amazing doctor. Great bedside manner, takes her time with me, and is very thorough. The front office staff is just as amazing, so friendly, helpful, organized and always a pleasant experience whether it is on the phone or in person for an appointment. Dr. Park is a very warm and welcoming person. She is also professionally thorough and expertly competent. I referred my wife and will refer others. Dr. Park and her team, including the front desk staff and assistants, are always so sweet and wonderful. They are caring, thorough, professional and genuinely take the time to listen and address any concerns. The office is well run, appointments are efficient and I always feel well cared for from the moment I walk in. I highly recommend Dr. Park and her entire team. I live about an hour away, but she is worth the drive. Very kind and knowledgeable. Always takes her time during my visits. I never feel rushed when I’m there. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I missed an appointment with her one time and went to someone else more local, and it was a mistake. dr Park is the best. I'd rather travel further to see her then go anywhere else she knows her stuff. Justine Park is the best dermatologist that I've found! She is really interested and inve
