Review Recap: Unprofessional management and rude staff! Horrible experience STAY AWAY!!! Quick Overview: Unbelievably rude office staff and seem completely untrained in basic customer service. When I tried voicing my concerns to a manager about being met with hostility instead of help, I was showing how toxic of an environment it is. They also botched my excision. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place and find a dermatology office that actually respects their patients. Also possible excessive fraudulent billing! Full Detailed Review: I truly regret ever coming here!!! My initial experience should have been a red flag! I was met by an incredibly condescending and hostile receptionist. I was initially questioning billing and procedures at the front desk. I was so upset with the service that I just left. Dr Montgomery ended up giving me a call and apologizing for the experience and stated if I wanted to come back the next day they could accommodate me. I obliged and did so and was met with a botched excision afterward. During this entire process I asked multiple times that my insurance covers the procedure and they stated yes this is an office visit and it’s covered minus a copay. Dr. Singh has been kind and probably the only professional there but I have lost confidence since my second surgery which was to revise the initial botched scar excision. My scar has become much bigger and pronounced now! They also have bald spot due to this now! This is incredibly upsetting!!!! Now they are fraudulently billing me for an excessive amount whereas this should be covered by insurance as they also validated. I think they are over-billing me at this point and just stiffing the clients!! Seems they even billed me for a 2 minute phone call question with the doctor. During this fiasco I asked to speak with billing manager Debbie whom was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Each time I tried explaining the situation, she would constantly talk over me not allowing to get my message across, I told her I would not deal with ever again and to have her direct superior contact me! As of 1 week ago, no one has called yet they keep spamming my phone regarding the fraudulent outstanding balance. . I will not go here again and I would not send anyone I care about here!!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!! Save yourself the stress, pain and heartache from the botched procedures and unprofessionalism!
