Alex the receptionist was very rude would not take my daughters appointment because I had another insurance that was no longer active. I knew and told them yes I spoke to the other insurance which I have and still denied our appointment. 1-star review9. DON'T GO TO THIS DERMATOLOGIST CLINIC! WORST ONE OUT THERE! I am giving one star because there isn't a way to give zero! My daughter had an appointment in June for an issue she's had on her leg, I paid an extra $130 to have test done, I was told that they would give me a call to get results within 2 weeks, and a month a half later and they didn't have the courtesy to give me a call! I had to call, when I asked for the results, I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment, so they would put me on hold, but they dropped the call. I never got a call back for an appointment. I called today asking for the exam fees to be refunded, and they said that they can't refund because the services were performed. How? I asked them how could they say that when it's been a month and a half to almost 2 months since that appointment, and they never bothered to call me. The manager, initially, said that they couldn't give results through the phone, so I told her that I wanted my refund because my son had gone to The Dermatology Institute of South Texas, and they immediately called me and gave me results and a plan for my son, and that was because his appointment was a week after my daughter's. All I asked for was my refund so that I could take my daughter somewhere where they actually help their patients and aren't expecting the patient to be calling for follow-up appointment.

This clinic has been the worst medical experience EVER! The manager was not helpful AT ALL! THEY HAVE LOST A PATIENT AND I will report this to the business bureau 1-star review10. Exelente servisio 5-star review11. Very disappointed. I went for my 1st time and had a scheduled appointment at 1pm. Two people arrived after me & were seen before me. I went to the receptionist and asked her how much longer because people had been seen before I was attended and I even said maam it’s been an hour. Is this how you treat first time patients? She said she was having issues verifying my insurance and I go maam regardless of my insurance if I have to pay out of pocket I will. She said it could take about 20 more minutes. I left. I have a business and I would not treat first time clients this way. I even asked when I made the appointment if they needed my insurance and the man said they could get it upon arrival. Anyway very disappointing. Need better receptionists. 2-star review12. They were polite but it was a waste of my time. They offered no solutions or real answers. My son is severely autistic and has ADHD. They wanted to inject him and cut his foot for something he has but expect him not to move.
