She is an alumna of the University of Texas, El Paso (TX), where she studied Nursing and earned a Bachelor of Science. She also completed her Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the university. Cynthia is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys reading and watching movies with her family.
