Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Dr z and Carly were spectacular! Very accommodating and gentle.! Dr. Zuckerman is amazing and very professional. His assistants are also such great people. I came in for a procedure and it was quick and easy! Thank you so much to the Dermatology Center! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Love this place. Professional, kind, informative, and quick! He took something off my head in the matter of seconds with no pain at all. The staff here are always very kind. This is the first class place. Been coming to Dr Zuckerman’s office for over twenty years. Had a few procedures done that I was very happy with.The staff is always friendly and attentive. Happy with procedure to remove growths on my wife Rosalie’s leg and left side of her head Dr.Zuckerman is amazing and patient. He took his time with me and addressed all my provlems. I previosuly did a chemical peel in the office and loved rhe results. I highly recommend this office Excellent experience Professional. Kind . Patient. Please get rid of your staff that answers the phone with an attitude for patient inquires she’s very under qualified She doesn’t know the definition of common courtesy or patient skills whatsoever I always have a great experience with dr Zuckermam his bedside manner is so calming and friendly also the staff is always professional and friendly .Today I had a procedure and had the pleasure to meet Carlie who was assisting the doctor she made me feel comfortable and both her and doctor Zuckermam explained every detail of the procedure.I love coming here highly recommend it !! I had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and answered all my questions. I felt Very comfortable. Went on my appointment & saw Leo. Two minutes I was out. Came back 3 minutes after I left because i forgot to ask the PA a quick question. People kept going in and they keep ignoring me. The PA told the front desk to ask me the question. This is a breach of HIPPA. This should be confidential. This office is only concerned about making money & not the patient wellfare. One minute the PA couldn't take the time to see me after he had already seen me 3 minutes before. They probably wanted to charge me again. First time going and couldn't have been smoother. Dr. Zuckerberg was courteous, professional, and addressed my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend him for any of your dermatology concerns. **Please remove your staff that answers the phone with an attitude for patient inquiries she's very underqualified. She doesn't know the definition of common courtesy or patient skills whatsoever. Dr. Jordan is the best Dermatologist!
