Make sure you get a written confirmation of your next appt. My husband & I always come together. I make our appts - we both arrive only to find they only have him and can’t work me in. Apparently someone didn’t know how to do their job on our last visit and now I have to come back in a couple of weeks. It’s a “mystery “.
