Dr. Sheel Solomon, MD, FAAD – Dr. Solomon is a Board-Certified Raleigh-Durham Dermatologist. Fellowship Training in Dermatopathology Cosmetic Surgery, Laser Surgery. Before starting her practice, Dr. Sherry served as an Assistant Professor in the Duke University Hospital Department of Dermatology. Dr. Desai completed her residency training at NYU's prestigious Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from King's College London University of London. Dr. Desai is board-certified by The American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Desai was born and raised in England, which gives her a unique perspective on patient care. Many of her relatives are physicians or surgeons. Lalita Desai was a known philanthropist and one of the first female doctors in India. Dr. Desai looks forward to using her training, knowledge, and research as well as the latest innovative treatments and technology to help patients experience optimum skin wellness.
