Well, it has been over two weeks since my appointment with the PA at the Naperville location. I had some spots on my face that I needed to have evaluated as per my PCP's suggestion. The PA was friendly and that is why I am giving this review a 1. The first tech that came in before the PA was not friendly and I felt like a number on her checklist. The PA told me the spots posed no need for concern and could be removed by laser. She said a nurse would come in to set things up for a future date. Then the tech came back in and said the nurses were all on break or not available and she took some photos which she said would be sent to the nurses. She told me that someone would be in touch with me in a few days to discuss what needed to be done and set up an appointment at a different location. As I said it has been over two weeks and no one has ever called me or made any attempt to reach out to me. The poor communication does not leave me with a good feeling. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.
