Positive customer reviews have been shared by many patients regarding the high quality of personalized care that Dr. Theriault and some of the practices provide Alex s. She is welcoming, attentive, and easily accessible to new and existing patients. The practice staff are skilled, polite, and available, and there are no patient complaints regarding scheduling, procedures, and appointments. New and existing dermatology patients have 10+ years of experience as a patient or have seen a close friend or family member who has received great care. Many have had problems, but the new patient reviews are spot-on. Dr. T was able to exceed my expectations and identified the problem. New patient A.D. felt the staff understand, and their methods had a great deal of experience. The A.D. was quick to inform friends and family about her experiences, and she received the highest level of care.

My 88 year old father went there for the first time. When we filled out his paperwork we listed his pharmacy and when he was there he told them his pharmacy. Despite that, they sent it to another pharmacy stating that it was a compound and only Summit pharmacy could fill it. I found this out when Summit pharmacy called me 5 days after his visit because they did not have his insurance information or payment method. I called Apex starting on a Monday morning and spoke with June who said she would take care of it. It wasn't taken care of. Then I called and spoke with Amanda who said she would take care of it, and it wasn't. Finally Kenya took care of it. It took from calling on Monday until Friday to get it taken care of. My father went without the medication for 12 days because of incompetence. The cream was not a compound cream, my fathers pharmacy was able to easily fill it. I can only assume that Apex has an arrangement with Summit pharmacy as to why they lie and ignore patient requests for prescriptions to go to another pharmacy. On another note, if you actually get a live person on the phone when you call Apex in under 15 minutes - play lottery.
