Dermatology On Bloor

I chose Dermatology on Bloor because a doctor there had been very kind and caring when my mother had melanoma. I wanted to have red veins in my face removed and was given vascular laser treatment. For several days afterwards my skin was still red from the treatment so I couldn't tell if it had worked (the doctor advised this would be the case but that the redness would resolve itself). After two and half weeks, when the irritation from the laser subsided I noticed that my veins had not been cleared up. I was not able to get an appointment with the original doctor and the second doctor said to me, 'I'm sure Dr. X told you it would take several treatments." She then also mentioned that anything like sun exposure and sneezing would bring the broken veins back. I was not told this by the treating doctor and would not have forked out $500 for the treatment had I known any of this. I wish I had looked at the reviews on here and other sites prior to going to this clinic.
