Your time is Nothing, you have to wait more than 1 hour. But if you are late more than 15 minutes. you will have no service, because their time is important. Actually we late 13 minutes than they said no service. lol
I was impressed by the way a nurse Charisse treated me during the my photodynamic therapy. She was really nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable during the procedure.
It's been over four months since I first visited the clinic after being diagnosed with Melanoma. After that initial visit I wrote a review but over ensuing visits I didn't feel the need to write additional ones because every visit was the same, great. I realized what made my trips to the clinic, although always stressful, tolerable. Starting with a previous visit I had under the care of nurse Madison and then this time with nurse Christine I realized what I enjoyed most about my visits is that I was treated as a normal adult, not as a sick or elderly man. One of the most frustrating things about growing old is people treat you differently. They tend to treat you politely and with respect but always in a way that makes you realize your getting old. At the clinic, I am treated with respect but more importantly to me, as an equal and for that courtesy I thank them.
My 91 year old father received wart treatments by Hannah in their wart clinic. Hannah was personable and treated the warts with the utmost care and attention through a number of visits. I highly recommend her wart treatment services.
Just finished my first appointment with Rejuvenation North. The staff was very professional and I received excellent care. I would like to especially thank nurse May and Dr. Dawes who went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable in spite of the significant basil cells which had to be removed yesterday.
Just had my second appointment with Rejuv North (Calgary). Agree with most of the positive commentaries posted (negative ones do not represent my experience); the conditions for which I'm being treated have improved dramatically since visiting this clinic. I have worked across Canada as a CEO (30 years) and immediately was impressed with the organizational aspects of the clinic. I was professionally greeted upon arrival, my appointment times were spot on and I felt the administration and staff were respectful that my time was as valuable as theirs, and as such was an uncommon experience for me in numerous medical offices over the years. The staff was exceptional, Nurses Casey, Christine, and Frances were knowledgeable, professional, and caring. In my case, Dr. Gwo was accompanied by an associate(intern?), which I welcomed and "loved" the fact that he used my condition as a "teaching moment". I listened intently as the procedure I required was undertaken and was impressed with the knowledge being shared and the teamwork exhibited by everyone. I felt respected and team members interjected on numerous occasions to ensure I was ok...wonderful clinic, professionally run with a wonderful group of people who believe in teamwork and promote a learning culture...thus my 5 stars!

I had a very positive experience at the North Clinic of Rejuvenation Dermatology yesterday. I arrived a little early and was politely greeted and quickly checked in by the front desk staff. I was there for a follow-up appointment and treatment. Dr. Guo has always been professional and personable and was his usual thorough self as he assessed my skin health. Christine, the nurse who performed the biopsy and facial treatment was also very professional and personable. She too was very thorough with the cryotherapy, for which I am very grateful. She was able to engage in conversation while painlessly performing the biopsy. My thanks to the staff for the greeting, verbal interaction, a polite 'see you next time' as I was leaving and their efficiency in setting up three more appointments. Thank you also to Nurse Christine and Dr. Guo for their teamwork in taking care of my concerns, answering my questions, and completing the work efficiently and effectively. I have been attending the North Clinic since it opened and have had a positive experience on each occasion. Thank you.
Dr Guo is a great doctor always has time…never feel rushed. The clinic is clean and professional. Have had several cancer spots removed very professional and never any problems. Christine is so caring and very professional best nurse I’ve had since going to the North clinic. I was almost ready to go back down south because the nurses were so inconsistent..
Doctor Danny Guo look professional and the nurse cathy really friendly from the rejuvenation dermatology clinic in calgary north. Definitely will refer some friends over there. Im been there on 23 march 2023. Will go back for follow up.

She is always friendly and very professional with her treatments.

Today was the first visit to the clinic for myself and my mother. Both of us were very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff in general and especially our nurse Hermeia and Dr. Martinka. We both got a true sense of caring about their patients skin health and well being.
Performed biopsy on ear. Followed all instructions for post-care. It was sore and swollen the next day. Second day it got worse and called to say it is infected. Was told that "the ear is very sensitive". Sent photo by text message, as requested. Was told that they are very busy and the next opening was not for 3 months! Ear continued to get worse - oozed pus and swollen to more than twice its' normal thickness. Saw my family Dr within hours of calling - prescribed antibiotics and pain/inflammation drugs. 6 days of intense pain, little sleep - Dr Guo and his staff need to think less about the $ that can be made with a 5 minute consult and short procedure by nurse and consider full patient care - pre and post procedure!
